1. Pakistani Passport — DGI&P:

For Pakistani citizens living abroad to apply for/renew their Machine Readable Passport and access other passport services.

Normally required: Valid CNIC/NICOP, existing passport, photograph, fingerprints and supporting documents depending on the application category.

2. Pakistani CNIC / NICOP / POC — NADRA:

Pakistani citizens can apply for or renew their CNIC/NICOP through NADRA's official online services.

3. Pakistan Online Visa:

Foreign nationals wishing to travel to Pakistan can apply for a Pakistan visa online through the official Pakistan Online Visa System. Applicants can select the appropriate visa category, complete the application, upload the required documents, pay the applicable fee, and submit the application online.

Pakistani citizens can apply for or renew their Driving License through official online services.

5. Mobile Device Registration with PTA:

Overseas Pakistanis visiting Pakistan can register their mobile device through the PTA temporary registration facility for up to 60 days per visit. Up to five (5) devices may be registered at a time, with the facility available up to five (5) times in a calendar year, subject to applicable PTA rules.

Registration should be completed after clearing immigration upon arrival in Pakistan. You will need to create login credentials and provide your device IMEI number(s). To receive the required OTP, ensure your Pakistani SIM is active in another mobile phone during the registration process.

6. Online Power of Attorney — NADRA / Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Extremely useful for Overseas Pakistanis who need to authorize someone in Pakistan to act on their behalf.

For Example: Property matters, Land transactions, Legal matters, Family matters, Government documentation etc.

Basic Criteria: Applicant must be an Overseas Pakistan, valid CNIC/NICOP/POC, valid identification of attorney and witness, email address, overseas contact/address, biometrics, two witnesses, scanned power of attorney, online fee payment.

7. Document Attestation / Apostille — Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Useful when Overseas Pakistanis need Pakistani documents recognized abroad, like Educational, Marriage, Birth documents, Power of Attorney.

8. Federal Board of Revenue — FBR:

Important for Overseas Pakistanis dealing with Taxation, Tax Returns, NTN, Property transactions, Customs, Imported vehicles, Mobile-phone/customs matters, taxpayer verification and tax obligations.
